Nintendo Direct is COMING TOMORROW! Features Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Nintendo has officially announced a new Nintendo Direct is landing tomorrow at 2pm PT. It will last 35 minutes with the big game they are promising to show up being none other than Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Nintendo Directs are often completely unpredictable both in what sort of surprises are in store and even sometimes what some of the safer expectations may be. This is why I caution everyone to only expect Fire Emblem, and be pleasantly surprised at anything else shown off.

We will likely be live stream reacting to the direct tomorrow, so stay tuned!

Here’s Fire Emblem Warriors Opening & Chapter 2 Cinematic

Nintendaan on YouTube has gone ahead and showed us two of the early cinematics in Fire Emblem Warriors in English. While I love Fire Emblem, I will admit that I am not as well versed in the universe as I should be to really determine how true to the games these cinematics are. What I will say is that they look visually stunning and I actually like the dialogue. It reminds me a lot of Hyrule Warriors, just sillier, which does fit the tone of some of the conversations I do remember from Awakening, the last Fire Emblem game I played. The opening cinematic is above while below is a scene from chapter 2.

Fire Emblem on Switch Will “Breath Life into Characters Like Never Before”

It’s been a long time since we last had a home console entry from the Fire Emblem series. With the series potentially on the chopping block, it found it’s true footing over on 3DS with the release of Fire Emblem Awakening, which not only saved the franchise but allowed it to flourish with Fire Emblem Echoes now released and Fire Emblem Warriors well underway as well. While there is some excitement to see the series return to a home console, a lot of speculation has existed on if it should come back to home consoles and what the benefits are. Hitoshi Yamagami and Kenta Nakanishi (producers on the recent Fire Em...
