Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Confirmed for Switch, Leaked Details Inside

Well, one of the worst kept secrets for Nintendo Switch has finally had its cover removed with the cat let out of the bag, almost a full month before Ubisoft was planning to unveil it. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle has been rumored to exist dating back before the Switch was really even announced and now thanks to a fresh batch of a confirmed leaks, we can now safely say it’s real. So real in fact, we have actual media images that were likely planned to be used during Nintendo’s Spotlight presentation (don’t be surprised to see them now swapped out for newer, non-leaked, versions). We also have a confirmed email chain between some folks at Ubisoft that talk about the planned lead-up to announcing the game at E3.

What we learn in general is that it is a turn based RPG with 8 playable characters, just as we thought. It’s roughly 35% built around exploration while 65% built around combat. I mean, I could list every little detail, but most of it is available in the gallery below, including the aforementioned leaked email chain.
