Just Dance 2017 Essentially Confirmed as the First Nintendo Switch Launch Title

jd2017_e3_253689

Just Dance 2017 is released today on most platforms including Nintendo’s own Wii and Wii U. The title has already been confirmed many months ago to be a Nintendo Switch title, but it also now stands as the first “confirmed” launch game for Nintendo Switch. A press release for the game today stated it is coming to Nintendo Switch in March 2017, the same month the Nintendo Switch is slated to launch. Not even Nintendo’s highly touted Breath of the Wild has a March confirmation, leaving this as the first title to say (as much as they can say without giving away the launch date of the Nintendo Switch) openly it will be there right away.

Of course, that doesn’t make it the most exciting of games to be there day one for most consumers, but for now we at least know one of the Nintendo Switch’s launch titles.
