Whelp, I suppose maybe it was too much to hope that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on Switch would maintain all of the added Easter eggs for the original developing studio given it’s direct ties to Sony. The remastered trilogy contained several Easter eggs on PlayStation 4 linking back to the game’s original developers at Naughty Dog, but any version of the game that releases on competing platforms will have them removed.
This is all according to the fine folks over at MyNintendoNews, who seem to have the exclusive scoop on this one. I’d say I’m surprised, but I’m not. It shouldn’t really affect much, as this “content” was always additional Easter eggs that aren’t wholly important to the games themselves.
