Niantic States There Are Currently Unfound Secrets in Pokémon GO

Pokemon Go is now confirmed to still have undiscovered secrets with Niantic continuing to add more as the game progresses. In an interview with Louise Blain, Niantic CEO John Hanke is quoted saying:

“There will always be secrets in the game that no one has found because we’re always adding new secrets to the game.

“There’s one out there right now and we’ll see how that plays out over the course of the next few weeks.”

When pressed on the issue Mr. Hanke refused to give any additional details or hints.

Due to the lack of rumors, some data-miners have been going through the Halloween update for more information on the elusive Ditto (still yet to be caught).  According to data-mining Redditors at SilphCo, included in the update was the ability “Transform” (Ditto’s key ability), which makes many believe we will be seeing our first one soon.

Ditto’s current moves list is only set to contain “Struggle” at the moment, meaning there would have to be another patch or update to include “Transform” in its moves list. On this subject Dronpes (a Silph Executive) posted recently:

“It is our opinion that if the GAME_MASTER file is ever updated to give Ditto the new ‘Transform’ move, we can almost guarantee that gelatinous beast will be findable in the game.”

We all look forward to future updates and events set to come out of Pokemon Go. And don’t forget about the daily bonuses as well.
