Hasbro Creates Monopoly Gamer Based on Nintendo, Buy Today

Hasbro has announced a new Monopoly game based on Nintendo properties called Monopoly Gamer. Hasbro said in the press release that:

The MONOPOLY GAMER Edition game will feel familiar yet fresh to both MONOPOLY and Nintendo fans, as players race around the board to complete levels (buy property), collect coins (money)—either from the bank or by using special powers to take them from other players—and battle legendary bosses to rack up points and win the game. Players can choose from fan-favorite Super Mario character tokens, such as Mario, Donkey Kong, Princess Peach and Yoshi.

SNES Classic Edition is Now Rumored To Land Holiday 2017

Jonathan Holmes over at Destructoid has gone ahead and done some investigative journalism after his local GameStop manager told him that a behind closed doors meeting with Nintendo representatives told them that the SNES Classic Edition exists and to be prepare for it’s release (not official date given). He went on to corroberate this store with multiple GameStop store managers, including one that was in a different state.

I’m not quoting their exact wording because it’s chalk full of biased, extremely hostile even, wording that some may argue Nintendo had coming after the NES Classic situation, but you can read the quotes for yourself over at Destructoid.

The important part here is that three different managers confirmed the meeting happened and the unit was confirmed to exist there, with...

Check Out This $950 Pair of SNES Themed Air Jordans

Look, a good quality basketball shoe is often overpriced, especially the Air Jordan line. That being said, my last pair of Jordan’s lasted me nearly 7 years before they wore out, much longer than many other pairs of basketball shoes I have had (I’m 30, so the fact I have had many other basketball shoes besides those 7 years is a pretty good testament to the investment). Does that justify the price? Maybe not, but you can typically get a new pair of Jordans for under $300. Not this pair, however.

For $950, you can grab a pair of these custom SNES themed Air Jordans, created by FreakerSNEAKS. This company creates some of the very best custom sneakers on the planet, giving you your own unique flavor...

The SNES Classic Edition is Launching This Holiday According to Eurogamer

Eurogamer is at it again, unveiling information they feel is legit based on contacts they can’t publicly reveal. Of course, the last time us Nintendo fans can recall this happening was last year, when they unveiled the hybrid nature of the Nintendo Switch and all of the specs, which turned out to be 100% spot on. Assuming they are using the same sources, the likelihood this latest rumor is correct increases substantially.

According to their sources, the SNES Classic Edition is being created right now and will release this holiday and it is the primary reason they are stopping producing of the NES Classic Edition this month.
