A Nintendo Goof Reveals the Nintendo Switch Developer Menu

Nintendo of Portugal of probably going to be in a bit of trouble today. A new Nintendo Switch commercial was released all across Europe, naturally featuring some local voice work and text to associate to the given country. Things were fairly smooth with this release save for Nintendo of Portugal, who left in an extra bit of footage it appears everyone else edited out. This extra bit of footage depicts the Nintendo Switch’s developer mode/menu. Typically, this is the kind of thing that never goes public, even several years after a console has been retired.

So today, thanks to a mistake by Nintendo themselves, we get a brief glimpse into that Nintendo Switch developer life. More images are in the gallery below!
